Ice Cream Making Process Definition

Our process is to follow the creation of a flavor of Toscanini's Ice Cream. We're going to start outside showing the place, talking briefly about Tosci's. Then we're going to head incide and follow the ice cream making process, focusing on the steps of the processing of which we know little. The actual steps we follow will depend strongly on what our Tosci's guide recommends (since he's the expert). After following the steps, we hope to taste the ice cream and/or gain customer feedback.

Possible problems that may occur in filming:

Lighting - They have huge bay windows that could screw up color balance.
Framing - The setup of the room may not be friendly to camera angles.
Sound - There may be alot of extraneous noise, so we might need a directional microphone. We are interrupting their work for this, so we may not get the dialogue were interested in if the guide can't talk while he works.
