Aaron

Aaron Zinman is a PhD student in the Sociable Media Group at the MIT Media Lab. He is currently researching emergent digital representations of an individual's world view and consequential applications to recommendations systems. His Masters work focused on enabling group mobile communication through the visualization of persistent asynchronous audio chat spaces. Aaron has earned an SM in Media Arts and Sciences from MIT and a BS in Cognitive Science from UC San Diego.

Paulina Modlitba is a first-year Master's student at the MIT Media Lab, where she is engaged in exploring ways in which technology can be used for supporting social and remote interaction. In the past, she has worked on projects that focus on providing a sense of awareness for geographically distributed groups. She holds an MSc in Media Technology from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm, Sweden.
