It's made entirely out of angelina fibers and wool roving.

By mixing angelina fiber and wool fibers and then ironing the composite material into flat sheets, I was able to make a fabric material that is some what soft, iridescent, and heat fusable to itself.

This vest is not woven and sewn, but entirely fused. It's made entirely out of angelina fibers and wool roving.
A unique property of (soft and sparkly) angelina fibers is that the fibers fuse to each other when heated.
By mixing angelina fiber and wool fibers and then ironing the composite material into flat sheets, I was able to make a fabric material that is some what soft, iridescent, and heat fusable to itself.
I turned the fabric into vest with the help of a small iron... no sewing needed!
