Trying an "S" armature, results are similar to the diagonal armature but one could exaggerate the change in scale (by depth) to draw the viewers eye further into the picture plane:

  • 3D design:  I picked this family of mushroom candles that were on my desk:

  • I learned how to to basic 3D spline modeling using Osnap, Revolved a profile curve and tried to assign different colors to the mushroom cap and the stem leading me to learn the Split command to create 2 separate surfaces. Also learned basics about Layers.
