I was discussing my thesis with one of my friends and I proposed a solution to him.
His reply was that it seemed far-fetched or too rudimentary.
The very next day, I saw the above article in WSJ, and I showed it to him.
He was amazed. He said - "what? balloons? someone is deploying balloons everyday to serve as transmitters? oh well then, your idea is not far-fetched."
i guess it goes to show - "solutions are all around us"
