Hi, so it's me, Admin... trying out this story thing. Is this the way to publish articles on the blog? Where do you think this goes then? I should try assigning it to the sandbox and see where it appears I guess... Oh, and I should be careful not to promote this to the front page! :-)

Deleting comments?

It looks like it is not possible to allow users to delete their own comments without changing the source code of the system or adding an external module. I first thought that this was a bug in the system, but here is the explanation: comments are threaded (like this reply to your post). If you were to delete your original comment, this post would be orphaned with nowhere to go... I know this doesn't make sense in threads with no children (maybe not a bug, but definitely a lack of functionality). Anyway, so here's what I suggest: since you can always edit your post, you could delete the unwanted content and just add something like "Please delete". Next time I parse the site, I'll delete the comment (I am after all all-powerful on this website!). Sorry, you are but only human...

There you go, that's where it went... Since the About section (and the People section where applicable) are stuck to the top of the list, these articles will appear below that. Anyway, comments seem to work too!
