MIT Media Lab / Object-Based Media
I am an interaction designer with background in web development data visualization, communication and product design. I am interested in all forms of Human-Computer Interaction, but especially in those that concearn the exchange of information and sensory experiences. I want to create media experiences that transcend the screens and use technology in non-obtrusive ways.
I am also a Lemann Fellow, and as such I am interested in how technology can create more immersion and engage both teachers and students in exploratory learning.
In OBM, as visiting student, I participated on an experiment using smells for narratives, and I have been wondering how to integrate olfactory experiences in media through technology.
I believe in the power of Design as a way to help people live easier, joyful and more conscious lives.
