I like the fact that you looked at both the large and the small screens. I think that small screens at each door present some great opportunities, which you are beginning to identify.

The analysis is good and you clearly spent some time thinking about the graphic design aspects of the problem. I enjoyed reading page two a bit more than I was able to during class. The graphic are good, but I think could be improved. It was hard to pickup on, for example, the current floor. It is a little hard to read how the floors connect with each other.

On the handheld, I think it might be difficult for people to relate the graphic map to the building they see around themselves.
