I thought that this was one of the most innovative approaches to the map itself. However, I don't think that you fully addressed how the system of signs at different locations might work together. It is hard to glean from your presentation how the information would be authored, what role do you play in the system as the signage designer, etc.

For example, the unfolded section makes sense near the elevator, but what about at the entrance to a lab on the other side. What happens when some of the screens face east and some west?

you mention that information could cycle, but an animation would have been useful here to explain how this would happen.
