The building reconfigures its surface to simulate
various light interactions, such as surface textures, bas-relief
and embossing.

decent ideas, but
I'm not sure that any of them could be said to be specific to the Media Lab. I'd like to see more that ties it to the lab - the world's best place for collaboration, creativity and learning.
The windows are the most interesting, but I'm not convinced that they will work as described - an image of a glass window won't really look like glass. It would be great to think of how you might make actual glass windows that we deformable...
