Schedule for E14 Performance

Schedule:

Until Tuesday Assignment:
each group investigates options for implementation:

Software:
- Figure out Edge Blending pre-existing library?
- Keystoning > distorting opengl image
- one app, 2 opengl windows (>processing)
- 3D Model Import in Quartz Composer / Processing / OpenGL?
- which software to use

Graphics:
- Visualize the 3D perspective of the building. How does it work to focus on one specific lab? How is the motion?
- What visual representations can we have—type. images etc? How

Audio and Interaction (currently the same)
- Can we get input from 4 mics? does it need a hardware interface?
- what software to use? will we use a second computer which is connect to the one in the 3rd floor?
- how do the mics look like? Make the interaction understandable.

Tuesday 4/7
Class meeting.
We talk about the work results and decide on a final design and concept.

not a new proposal

(but some projections I saw over the break)

E14 Projection Test Photos

Here are some photos and video I took took of the test projections. Sorry about the blurriness— I should have brought a tripod. These haven't been tweaked at all; the results where quite spectacular.

Facades: 3 ideas for projection displays

Three concepts for projections on E14.

E14 Façade

Two ideas are presented for revealing E14 during a Sponsor Week event using projection. A third idea presents a rough concept for a permanent physical installation on the pipe screen surfaces of E14.

Facades: 3 proposals

1. IMPRINT
2. CONCERTO.TXT
3. ML TIME TRAVEL

I tried to combine a lot of things, so each has different approaches, but all ended up interactive/participatory.

ML Parasites—Meander—Playing E14

3 proposals for the E14 facade performance.
